In this sermon, Pastor Conaway teaches the importance of knowing the gifts God has distributed among us so we can be good stewards of them and use them effectively. The Apostle Peter stated, "As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen." We also learn that everyone in the kingdom of God serves. We are reminded that while on earth, Jesus Christ said, "the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve." As followers of Christ, we too serve using the gifts we have received from God to advance the kingdom and glorify God.
