When Jesus started His public ministry, He picked up where John the Baptist left off after being arrested. They both preached the same message: "Repent, for the kingdom of God is at hand". Jesus instructed His disciples to preach the same message. The first century Church preached the same message also, but somewhere between the first century and the twenty-first century, the Church stopped preaching that message. Could this be the reason we're not getting the results today that they got back then? Pastor Conaway elaborates on this question and more in this sermon.
