In Psalm 100 we are instructed to make a joyful shout unto the Lord; to enter His gates with thanksgiving; and His courts with praise! Pastor Conaway teaches in this sermon, 'We Come To Praise The Lord', how important the joy of the Lord is and how we can operate in joy although we may be going through a trial. The perilous times we are living in have a way of diminishing our joy, but we must remember that the joy of the Lord is our strength. Therefore, when we assemble on the Lord's day, it should be a joyful occasion. We must take captive the negative thoughts that lead to us feeling sorrowful and choose rather to think about the greatness of our God that results in us experiencing joy. The Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations!
